Cheating and Breaking Terms of Service

Surf4theearth reserves the right to refuse membership or cancel membership if member is found to be cheating or breaking the terms of service. If account is terminated the member will not be allowed to create a new account. Upon termination for these reasons member will lose all credits and cash earned and will not be given a refund.

Use of robot/auto surf software of any kind or fraudulently inflating hits is strictly forbidden.

Members may not place their surf link on other traffic exchanges or any other site.

Members may not create multiple or fraudulent accounts. Members may not create accounts for others or in any other way create fake referrals.Members may not have others surf for them or pay others to surf for them. This cheats other members out of page veiws. If members need more credits they can upgrade or purchase credits for page views.

Members caught doing any of the above will have their accounts cancelled. Honesty is the best policy.

Members May Not Spam

Members may not send unsolicited e-mails to receive referrals nor may they post in any forums, groups ect. where posting referral links is prohibited.

Cancel Membership

Members may cancel their accounts by clicking the delete account button in the member area. If the member joins again at a later date they will be assigned a new account and referrals and credits from former account will be lost.

Member Inactivity

Members who have not logged in or used the traffic exchange in 180 will be deleted and any credits/cash in the account will be lost.

Sites Not Allowed on Surf4theearth

No more than one popup- this includes popups, popunders, popins, and exit popups. No flyin ads or popups that open in a new browser. PTP sites are not allowed. No gifting sites. No auto surf/manual surf where earnings are based on investment.

No warez site. No site that infringes on copywrite. No site that promotes hatred or illegal activities. No doublers, triplers, randomizers or sites that promote cheating or tell members how to cheat programs. No sites with adult content, promotes achohol, smoking, casinos or gambling. No sites with vulgar, obscene or degrading language. If the site is not family friendly and rated "G" it is not permitted.No ptp sites.

No surfing bars from other traffic exchanges. Many traffic exchanges consider this cheating. Referal pages from other programs are allowed.

No frame breakers

No sites that contain viruses, trojans, homepage hijacker, adds sites to favorites or in any other way affects veiwing of site or member's computer or hidden script sites.

Site may be in other languages but must follow all other rules.

Sites found to be breaking Surf4theearth's terms will be deleted from rotation and possibly banned. Member will lose any credits assigned to the site deleted. Repeat offenders and serious violations such as redirecting to a banned site or a site that breaks the tos may be penalized up to and including loss of account.

Personal Information

Keep your personal information up to date. We will try to contact you after you make request for payment or redemption to verify redemption and address information. After your e-mail or address is verified, redemptions will be sent. Once the redemption is sent out, there can be no changes to address or substitutions. If your e-mail bounces we may not be able to reach you with important information. See our privacy policy.

Surf4theearth backs up data base regularly. However, members are not to hold Surf4theearth.com liable for any loss of data while member holds a membership with Surf4theearth. This includes but is not limited to to any account balances, credits, downline and other member information. Surf4earth will make reasonable efforts and maintains safety measures to prevent such events and will restore data to the best of ability. Members also agree not to hold Surf4theearh liable for any damage that may result to the member's computer, software or other devices while using Surf4theearth. Surf4thearth does not necessarily back any advertiser on the site. Surf4theeath has placed an automatic ban on certain websites. Members may use report button for any site violating our terms or post them in our forum.

One member account per person, computer or ip address. More than one family member may join if they use a seperate computer on a different ip address.

Payments will be made to members within 1-28 days of request. Members that cannot accept paypal via charge card need to leave a comment in their request that they do not accept charges. This assures members of receiving their payments quicker. After reqesting payment via paypal or gift certificates Surf4theearth will make reasonable efforts to reach the member via e-mail to confirm paypal e-mail and shipping address in the case of gift certificates. However if member e-mail is incorrect, bounces or in other ways cannot be reached Surf4the earth cannot be held responsible for sending requested redemption to anything other than the information in the member account. Gift certificates require that members put in the mailing address when requesting redemption as Surf4the earth does not maintain this information in the database. Surf4theearh provides double confirmation of order as a privilege to members. However, the member is responsible for keeping information up to date and filled out correctly.

Chargebacks

Any members who fraudulently purchases advertising or buys it and uses it and then causes a chargeback will have account deleted. Premium accounts are not forms of earning interest and are only memberships with the benefits listed for 1 month unless listed as a different time period.

Advertising Purchases

Surf4theearth will put in advertising purchased as submitted. The site is not responsible for downtime or other problems related to the sites/banners or text links purchased. However, if advertiser notifies us of the problem with their sites we will put it on hold or subsitute a new campaign in as timely a manner as possible.

Shopping for Credits

Members are welcome to use surf 4 the earth shopping mall to earn cash or credits. Credits earned through shopping may be used for site advertising,donating to one of our designated charities. Cash can be used for advertising purchases, donating to charities or held in their account to request cash out via gift certificates or cash. In order to receive credits member must make legitimate purchase through the site and submit their confirmation e-mail through the contact page or surf4theearth@yahoo.com. Member should include their member e-mail, user id and name so they can be credited properly. Member must clear their cookies to be sure their sale tracks. Credits will be added to member account after form is submitted and affiliate has reported sale to Surf4theearth. Member will not receive credits for purchases from Amazon, gift certificates, taxes or shipping and handling. Member will not receive credit if merchandise is returned. If account is already credited the amount will be debited from their account. Surf4theearth is not responsible for any stores service or products member receives. Contact the store directly about these problems.

Members must click on the credit links that appear while surfing to receive credits. Members do not receive credit for incorrectly answered questions or incorrect colors clicked when visiting sites.

Use of Forum

Only members of Surf4theearth are welcome to post in the forum. Do not give the url to others. Members may post appropriate content in the forum. Spam in the forum is not permitted. Do not attack members verbally, do not use inappropriate language. Anyone abusing the forum will be banned from it and if offense is serious may have their membership at Surf4theearth terminated.

Rotators

Hits Connect is the recommended tracker/rotator at Surf4theearth. We have the hitsconnect checker installed which allows members of Hits Connect to track signup and sales. The checker helps keep our site clean from bad scripts. Therefore only Hits Connect, Maxtraffic pro and Traffic-Splash rotators will be allowed.
